Love, Betrayal, Revenge
Aria Xia is a brilliant scientific researcher who was the top student and campus goddess during her university years. During college, she believed she had found her true love in Sean Gu. Coming from an unfortunate family background—her father left, and her mother later committed suicide due to depression—Aria was at the lowest point in her life when Sean stood by her side, promising to love her forever. After graduation, she devoted herself entirely to their shared career, becoming the woman behind Sean’s success. Their company, Gu-Xia Group, flourished thanks to Aria’s technological expertise, and her latest patent promised to take the company to new heights. However, prolonged exposure to radiation led to fetal abnormalities, and after undergoing an abortion, Aria encountered Sean at the hospital—accompanying another woman for her prenatal checkup. Faced with her husband’s betrayal, Aria resolutely decided to leave the sham marriage, taking her patent with her. At a press conference, she arrived in professional attire, announcing her divorce from Sean and presenting evidence of his infidelity. Shareholders withdrew their investments one after another, leaving Sean in a panic. Meanwhile, Joe Shen, who had admired Aria since their university days, had become the CEO of the Starship Group. Seeing her divorce as an opportunity, he began pursuing her relentlessly. However, fearing she might suspect him of only wanting her patent, he concealed his identity to get closer to her, helping her escape Sean’s influence. Aria couldn’t help but be moved by her devoted junior, but believing herself infertile, she feared Joe would eventually betray her like Sean. To prove his sincerity, Joe chose to undergo a vasectomy. After repeated failed attempts to win Aria back, Sean completely fell apart, sinking into ruin. Aria showed no mercy, taking the property deeds with her. In the end, she found happiness with the deeply devoted Joe Shen.
