No Forgiveness. No Mercy

Their daughter was critically ill, but Alex made Evelyn apply for the surgery fee 24 hours in advance. The money never came—only an IOU. After their daughter died, Evelyn discovered that he had bought a $20,000 doll and an $80,000 princess dress for the daughter of the woman he could never get over. She left with the ashes and gave the surveillance footage and death certificate to a lawyer. Three years later, Alex knelt in Nancheng begging for forgiveness—she said only, “I don’t forgive you.”
