Lin Siqing gave up her career at the design institute to marry Fu Zhiheng and devoted herself entirely to their family. Fu Zhiheng silently watched over Lin Siqing and even took a knife for her at a celebration banquet, but he still failed to earn her forgiveness. A year later, Fu Zhiheng, mentally distraught, broke down upon hearing the news of Lin Siqing’s wedding.
