Trainee No. 92: The Christmas Eve My Lives Ended

On Christmas Eve, I jumped into the river. For a one-dollar game, my parents sent me to a hellish correctional school for three years. I came home standing at attention, a shock victim. They smiled, satisfied. When fireworks burst, I climbed the bridge railing. After death, my family went mad with regret. My childhood friend Julian spoke for me. My death exposed that school, saving hundreds of girls. But I never saw Veyra's snow.
