Outsmarting the Clown Killer
On his birthday, Carter Brooks inexplicably falls into an infinite time loop, shot dead in a bathroom stall by the person in the clown mask. Waking up on the couch, Carter assumes it's a dream. He enters the bathroom a second time, sensing danger, but the killer strikes again. On his third reset, Carter realizes he must lose his pursuer to escape this terrifying time loop. Just as he thinks it's over, a sudden death proves there are two killers: one driving the truck, the other shooting him. Carter must simultaneously subdue both to break the cycle. After another reset, his clues point to Brock. During their confrontation, the killer knocks everyone out. Brock reveals his true colors, confessing he orchestrated everything to seize The Skyborne Project. Nearing midnight, Carter tries to get himself killed, unsure if the time loop works past 12 AM. When an arrogant Brock refuses, Carter forcibly kisses Audrey, provoking Brock into killing him before the clock strikes. Once Brock and the killers are brought to justice, Carter goes to retrieve security footage as evidence. Suddenly, it dawns on him: there is another accomplice. At that moment, a Security Guard smirks, a dagger slipping from his sleeve.
